No matter how large or small your project, we can help.

We offer several ways to engage our services

Project Driven

Our Project Driven fees offer our clients the best value and quickest turnaround.  Once we gain a full understanding of your scope and timeline of your project, we work within your budget to set a fair project price and timeline.  Payment is not expected until the project is complete and all involved are satisfied. Our annual reports fall within this category.

Monthly Retainer

A monthly retainer is a cost effective way for small and mid-sized non-profits to access all the services of a talented graphic design professional without the cost of hiring a full-time employee. It offers the perfect way to get out-sourced design for programs that have recurring graphic design.   Our Monthly Retainer Service contract is month to month with typical terms set for 3, 6, 12 months.

Hourly Fee

For a pre-determined hourly fee, Fourtez budgets a set amount of priority hours each month specifically toward your projects (flexible to your needs). Unused hours are carried forward to future months (however must be used prior to the determined expiry date).  This option is useful if you have numerous established programs that require only occasional updating.

We gather information to establish the scope of your project and figure out the best way we can help. Depending on how complex your project is we’ll either set up another time to talk, meet in person or move forward based on our initial conversation. Once we agree on the scope, we email a detailed proposal outlining fees, deliverables and schedule.

While the design process varies depending on the type of project, we normally develop three concepts, our clients choose one, and offer up to three rounds of revisions to that design.  We work directly with your program or grant managers to develop meaningful content. While internal direction may vary among department, staff or board, we adapt to work well around changing  parameters to ensure the finished product creates value and is impactful to your audience.
